With minimum direction performs routine, non-routine and preventative maintenance on building and equipment throughout the facility. Performs work in a variety of skilled trade duties to install, maintain, modify and repair equipment, machinery, systems, and building facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conducts preventative and routine maintenance of machines and equipment in accordance with SOP’s and established schedules.
• Troubleshoot problems and performs non routine maintenance repairs of equipment
• CMMS entry for maintenance work orders and inventory
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
• Supervise and coordinate outside contractors and vendors to ensure work is being completed properly as business needs require
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• All Work performed will conform to industry standards for quality and installation
• Performs other duties as assigned or required by business needs

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED

Minimum 60 hrs. industrial electrical training, or five years’ experience

Specialized Knowledge: Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic

Experience:2-4 years' experience with maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
